Assessment Information

Homeowner assessments are billed semi-annually and are essential to funding the operations, maintenance, and amenities of The Villages of Woodland Springs.

Assessment Details:

  • Dues will be applied to accounts on January 1st and July 1st in the amount of $436.97 ($873.94 annually)

  • Full payment is due by the 30th of January and July to avoid late fees

Payment Options:

Please ensure your account information is up to date and that payments are submitted on time to remain in good standing.

Requesting a Payment Plan

If you are going through a financial hardship or think you may have trouble making your payment on time, please contact us at vows.admin@fsresidential.com, or by calling (817) 741-1719, so we can review options and provide support.

Eligibility:

  • Only one payment plan may be requested per calendar year.

  • If you default on a payment plan, you are not eligible to request another for two years.

  • If you have previously defaulted and wish to request a new payment plan, you may do so only with prior approval from the Board of Directors.
