Assessment Information

Homeowner assessments are billed semi-annually and are essential to funding the operations, maintenance, and amenities of The Villages of Woodland Springs.

Assessment Details:

  • Dues will be applied to accounts on January 1st and July 1st in the amount of $428.40 ($856.80 annually)

  • Full payment is due by the 30th of January and July to avoid late fees
